I personally rigged this in order for me to practice rigging and paint weights. Also, got inspired to animate him because of the latest movie - "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish"

This is rigged using Advanced Skeleton 5.900 and Maya 2018

You can use it in any non-commercial projects.
